Brian Wiksell

Brian Wiksell is the Chief Executive Officer and Principal of Symplectic Capital LLC, which he established as an independent registered investment advisor in 2015.

Mr. Wiksell began his investing career at Professors Capital, where he managed private investments for 11 years. He managed acquisitions for FIG Advisors for five years, before shifting his focus to Symplectic Capital in 2023.

He holds a BS in Information Systems from Iowa State University and an MA in Economics from the University of Illinois at Chicago. He studied at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business Full-Time Program, but did not complete a degree.

He has served as Administrator of the Mega Society since 2019 and was admitted as a member in 2007.
